            Learned Additional A.G. Sindh has filed reply/comments of respondents No.02 and 03, copy has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

            None present for respondents No.4 to 7.

            The SHO Police Station Seri (respondent No.3) in his reply, clearly stated that no harassment has been caused by him to the petitioner at the instance of private respondents.

            The counsel for the petitioner submits that directions may be issued to the official respondents to ensure that no harassment shall be caused to the petitioner by them at the instance of private respondents.

            In view of above, this petition is disposed of with the directions to official respondents to ensure that no harassment will be caused to the petitioner and if the petitioner will approach to respondent No.3 for protection the same shall be provided in accordance with law.

            Copy of this order may be transmitted to the official respondents for compliance.
