            Today, the learned Additional A.G. has filed statement alongwith the letter of Deputy Commissioner, Tando Allahyar dated 17.04.2015 addressed to the Additional A.G. Sindh, in which the Deputy Commissioner informed the learned A.A.G. that after verifying the record it was found that his office has not issued any order for sealing the arms and ammunition shop. The statement is taken on record and copy has been supplied to petitioner’s counsel, who after receiving the same does not want to press this petition, which is dismissed as not pressed. The official respondents will act strictly in accordance with law.
