            None present. On the last date of hearing also the petitioner was called absent. The learned Additional A.G. has filed the comments of respondents No.2 to 4, in which it is clearly submitted that out of the provision of funds allocated by the Government as per policy for the financial year RHC Jhudo is providing the medical facilities to poor as well as all the patients who approach the said RHC for treatment. It was further submitted that on creation of new Taluka Jhudo the RHC will be upgraded to the level of Taluka Hospital and SNE will be approved which needs time. Since the petitioner was absent on last date, we fixed the matter today with time, but again the petitioner is absent. This petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
