            The petitioners have sought directions against the respondent No.3 to issue tender forms to participate in the tender proceedings with equal opportunity. It is further stated that the petitioners are registered Government contractors and they also mentioned their license numbers. The respondent No.3 has announced the tender, which has also been published on the Web Site of the SPPRA. Learned Additional A.G. is already present in Court and by consent, this matter is taken up for hearing though it is only fixed for order on urgent application. Since short point is involved, the learned Additional A.G. agreed that this petition may be disposed of with the directions to the respondent No.3 that if the petitioners are found eligible they will be issued tender forms and they will be allowed to participate in the tender proceedings. On this statement, the petitioners’ counsel is satisfied. This petition is disposed of in the above terms with pending applications.

            Copy of this order may be transmitted to respondent No.3 for immediate compliance.
