            The petitioners’ grievance is that they have approached the respondents for supply of empty bags of wheat (Bardana), but they have failed to supply the same. The petitioners have prayed for direction against the respondents to immediately provide the Bardana bags so that they may save their wheat.

            After arguing at some length, Daim Deen Panhwar, District Food Controller, Dadu (respondent No.2) who is present in Court, undertakes that the petitioners will be issued/provided Bardana (empty bags) on production of relevant documents including village Form-VII and certificate issued by the Mukhtiarkar concerned, as ordered earlier in C.P. No.D-559/2015, filed by some other petitioner. The petitioners are satisfied with this undertaking. The petition is disposed of accordingly. The District Food Controller Dadu is directed to provide the Bardana (empty bags) to the petitioners within four days from today on the strength of the documents, as may be produced by the petitioners before him.
