The petitioner has prayed that directions be issued to the respondents No.3 and 5 to supply empty bags/bardana according to his land/wheat crop as per Government policy without further delay.

Today, Daimuddin, District Food Controller, Dadu is present and he submits that he has already issued requisite empty bags/bardana to the petitioner. The petitioner is present and admits that his grievance has been resolved. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
