            The petitioners have prayed that directions be issued to the respondents No.3 and 4 to supply empty bags/bardana according to their land/wheat crop as per Government policy without further delay.

Today, Qamaruddin Memon, District Food Controller, Jamshoro is present and he undertakes that he will provide empty bags/bardana to the petitioners as per Government policy i.e. 200 empty bags per petitioner within three days from today. The counsel for the petitioners is satisfied. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
