On last date of hearing, the earlier counsel of the petitioner sought time to produce the statutory rules of respondent No.1 but instead of producing the rules today the petitioner has engaged Syed Muhammad Saulat Rizvi advocate. We again raised the question whether Sindh Bank Limited has statutory rules or not. After arguing at some length learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will seek appropriate remedy from the competent court of law hence he does not want to proceed further. This petition is disposed of accordingly along with pending applications.
