            The petitioner has prayed that directions be issued to respondent No.4 to issue tender forms / biding documents for the work advertised through newspapers on 30.03.2015.

            Ali Bahadur Memon, Executive Engineer, Highways Division and Nisar Ahmed Memon, Assistant Engineer Highways Sub-Division Dadu present in Court submit that the petitioner will be issued tender forms by tomorrow morning. The petitioner is also present alongwith his counsel. He is satisfied. The petition is disposed of accordingly, alongwith pending application.
