            None present for the petitioner. On last date also nobody appeared for petitioner.

Though in prayer clauses “A” and “B” the petitioner has sought the restraining orders from causing any harassment to him and to provide legal protection but in the onward prayer clauses he has prayed for possession, certified true copy of record of rights and copies of misplaced record etc. He has further prayed for compensation for the damaged crops.

The comments of respondents No.1 and 3 are already on record in which they have denied the allegations of harassment leveled against them with further statement that whenever the petitioner will approach to them, his grievance will be redressed in accordance with law and so far as the comments of respondent No.5 are concerned, it is mentioned that the record pertaining to Deh Seendhal Kamal was burnt during 2007 riots and the same has not been reconstructed by the inquiry officer. In the nutshell, the matter pertains to the civil dispute for which appropriate remedy is available under the law but the petitioner has chosen to file this petition. So far as the harassment is concerned the official respondents are directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and to provide protection strictly in accordance            with law and for the purposes of possession and other issues relating to the record of rights, the petitioner either may approach to the revenue authorities or to the civil Court. Petition is disposed of.
