            The petitioner has prayed that respondent No.4 be directed to pay the full and final settlement of the dues of the petitioner.

            Learned Additional A.G. has already filed the comments of respondent No.4, which are available on record, in which it is stated that the total full and final settlement of the dues of the petitioner are worked out at Rs.3,46,456/-, out of which a sum of Rs.1,39,080/- has already been paid to the petitioner and the remaining amount as mentioned in the comments is Rs.2,01,376/-. The petitioner admits that he has already received Rs.1,39,080/- from the Institution.

            On the last date of hearing, we issued notice to the Principal Public School, Hyderabad. Today, Mr. Muhammad Yousif, Principal, Public School, Hyderabad present in person and he states that due to financial crunch the remaining amount of the full and final settlement dues of the petitioner could not be paid earlier. The petitioner submits that there is short fall of Rs.6000/- in the total remaining amount. The Principal admits that due to some typing error instead “7” the figure “1” has been mentioned in the comments and he admits that Rs.207,376/- are payable to the petitioner. The petitioner submits that he is a cancer patient, therefore, he needs of Rs.100,000/- immediately for his treatment. The respondent No.4 submits that despite heavy financial constraint and difficulty he will arrange the payment of Rs.100,000/- to the petitioner within one week from today. He also undertakes that cheque of Rs.50,000/- will be paid to the petitioner by tomorrow and Rs.50,000/- will be paid to him on 27.04.2015, while the remaining amount of Rs.1,07,376/- will be paid positively within two months from today in three equal installments.

            The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
