Mr. Allah Bachayo Soomro, Additional A.G along with Imamdin Larik, Records Director Settlements Survey and Land Record Sindh Hyderabad.

            Petitioners have prayed that directions be issued to the respondents to carry out the demarcation of the petitioners’ land which is near Super Highway in accordance with law for which the petitioners have already deposited the charges.

            Respondents No.4 and 5 have filed their comments in which they have clearly pointed out that the petitioners’ land is 2/3 K.Ms away from Super Highway. In Para-7 also it is mentioned that the land of the petitioners is situated at Makan Takhrio which is 2/3 K.Ms away from Super Highway.

            The respondents No.4 to 6 are directed to demarcate the land of the petitioners in their presence as well as presence of other relevant khatedars after making inspection and proper identification of the petitioners’ land according to survey record. Demarcation exercise shall be completed within one month.

            Copy of this order may be communicated to all the official respondents for compliance.

            Petition is disposed of in above terms.
