            Mr. Fayaz Ahmed Laghari advocate has filed Vakalatnama for respondents No.7 to 10 which is taken on record.

            The advocate for the petitioner has filed the statement dated 13.04.2015 in which it is stated that the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved. In view of the statement, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

            The counsel for the respondents No.7 to 10 argued that the petitioner has filed vexatious petition and dragged the respondents in the litigation. If respondents No.7 to 10 are aggrieved, they may file their independent proceedings for claiming damages, if any, in accordance with law.
