            Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition was filed for seeking direction against respondents No.9 and 10 not to cause harassment to the petitioner at the instance of respondents No.1 to 8. He submits that according to the instruction received to him by the petitioner the matter has been amicably resolved and he has been instructed to withdraw this petition.

In view of this statement this petition is disposed of accordingly.
