            The petitioner has prayed that the respondents No.2 to 4 may be refrained from causing any harassment to the petitioner and his family members. He has further prayed that the respondents No.1 to 4 may be directed to de-seal Mukhtiar Petroleum Service situated at new Hala Naka Road Hyderabad. So far as the harassment is concerned, learned counsel submits that the respondents may be restrained from causing any harassment to the petitioner and his family members and question of de-sealing Mukhtiar Petroleum Service may be taken up by the petitioner separately by instituting appropriate proceedings. The comments of respondents No.1 to 4 are already on record in which they have denied to have caused any harassment to the petitioner. The SSP also stated in the comments that neither the petitioner has physically approached to the SSP nor moved any complaint. The petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioner. So far as the other reliefs are concerned, the petitioner may file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
