            None resent for the petitioner. The record shows that on 25.03.2014 and 11.09.2014 also petitioner and his counsel were called absent.

            Today learned State counsel has filed comments of respondent No.5/S.H.O P.S Jhol and respondent No.7.

The main allegations are against respondents No.4 to 9 for that the petitioner has prayed that they may be directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioner. Respondent No.5 in his comments refuted all the allegations and it is further stated that no harassment has been caused to the petitioner or his family. When this matter was first time fixed in this Court on 31.10.2013, while issuing notice to the respondents the respondents No.1 to 3 were directed to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law. Though the petitioner is called absent but so far as the prayer against harassment is concerned, I am of the view that it is the obligation of all the official respondents to act strictly in accordance with law and in this case also they will act in accordance with law in future. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
