            Respondent No.1 has filed the comments that one Shoukat Babar lodged FIR No.14/2012 at P.S Sekhat against the petitioner and after due course of investigation the case has been sent up in the concerned court of law. He denied the allegation leveled against the Sekhat police for getting the houses and land vacated. It is further stated that there is dispute between the petitioner and respondents No.9 to 12 over the land bearing Survey No. 594 situated in Deh Sekhat. The respondent No.2 in his comments also denied the allegations and stated that he never made any raid at the house of petitioner nor gave any threat to the petitioner for vacating the houses or land. Basically, the petitioner has sought directions against the respondents not to cause any harassment to him and in view of the comments filed by the official respondents this petition is disposed of with the directions to all the respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and they will strictly act in accordance with law. Copy of this order may be transmitted to the respondents No.1 and 2 for compliance.
