            Through this petition in fact the petitioner wants the execution of the judgment dated 31.07.1994 passed in F.C Suit No.22/1989, whereby the suit of the petitioner who was one of the plaintiffs was decreed exparte. The proper course is to file the execution application which is proper remedy rather than filing this petition for execution of the relief allowed in the suit and even no body is present for the petitioner today. Petition is dismissed.
