            The petitioners have prayed that they are entitled for empty bags/bardana but despite their approaches to the concerned authority their request has not been accepted.

            Learned Additional Advocate General Sindh has filed the comments of respondents No.2 & 3 which are taken on record and copy has been supplied to the petitioners’ counsel.

After arguing at some length the District Food Controller Dadu submitted that in view of the earlier order passed by this Bench in C.P No.D-559/2015 and connected petitions on 09.04.2015, the petitioners may be directed to approach him and submit their documents including the village Form-VII and certificate issued by the Mukhtiarkar for empty bags/bardana thereafter he will make proper verification and issue empty bags/bardana to the petitioners. The petitioners’ counsel is satisfied. Petition is disposed of accordingly. However, it is clarified that within four (4) days the empty bags/bardana will be issued to the petitioners on the strength of their relevant documents.
