            Petitioner is present with his counsel. The respondent No.4 is also present, the respondent No.5 is the son of respondent No.4. The respondent No.4 for self and on behalf of his son, clearly stated that they are not causing any harassment to the petitioner and they will strictly act in accordance with law. The petitioner and his counsel are satisfied. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.3 SHO PS Jamshoro to provide necessary protection to the petitioner if required, for which the petitioner has to approach to the police station.

            The petition stands disposed of in above terms.
