            The petitioner has challenged the impugned list of delimitation of Taluka Diplo, District Tharparkar.

            Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since at the Principal Seat the question of delimitation has already been decided, therefore, he does not want to press this petition which is disposed of in view of his statement along with pending applications.
