            The matter is pending since October 2013 without any progress. The directions have been sought by the petitioner against respondents No.1 to 4 to produce the detenue Assadullah s/o Muhammad Pariyal in this Court and if he is not involved in any crime he may be set at liberty.

 The allegation in the petition is that the respondent No.4 had illegally and unlawfully taken away the nephew of the petitioner and confined him at Police Station without any FIR or even recording any entry in the register. The respondents No.2,3,4,6 & 7 have filed the comments through learned Additional Advocate General Sindh and denied the allegations. It is a matter of fact that the petitioner has not alleged anything against the DIG but allegations are against respondents No.4 to 7. This petition is disposed of with the directions to the DIG Mirpurkhas to conduct proper inquiry regarding the whereabouts of missing person and submit report in this Court through Additional Registrar within one month. The office will ensure that if the report is submitted within one month the matter will be placed before the Court and if the DIG will fail to submit his report then also matter will be placed before the Court for further orders.

            Copy of this order be immediately transmitted to the DIG Mirpurkhas for compliance.
