            The petitioner has prayed that the respondent No.3 may be directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and his family members on the instance of respondents No.4 to 6. The comments of respondents No.2 and 3 are already on record including the report of SSP in which they have denied the allegations to conduct any raid on the petitioner’s house nor caused any harassment to him. The counsel for the private respondent No.6 submits that the respondent No.4 is the real brother of respondent No.6 while the respondent No.5 is his nephew. The respondent No.6 present in Court submits that they have also not caused any harassment to the petitioner but the petitioner has dragged them in this litigation unnecessarily.

            Be that as it may, after considering the comments and the contentions of the learned counsel, this petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondents No.2 to 6 not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and they will strictly act in accordance with law in future without giving any cause of complaint.
