            Petitioner has prayed for quashment of FIR No.245/2014 lodged U/s 364, 365, 34 and 109 PPC at P.S Badin.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted a statement along with copy of summary order dated 31.10.2014 whereby learned IInd Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Badin while accepting the report of the I.O cancelled the aforesaid FIR under “C” Class. In view of this, learned counsel for petitioner does not want to proceed further. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
