Vide order dated 7.6.2013, this Court granted ad-interim pre-arrest bail to applicants/accused Abdul Jabbar and Majid subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.   

            The applicant/surety Pir Bux who stood surety for the applicants/accused has applied for the discharge of the surety on the ground that vide Judgment dated 28.4.2014, passed by the trial Court both the applicants/accused have already been acquitted in Sessions Case No.67 of 2013 (Crime No.127/2013 of Police Station Kotri) under Section 354-A, 506-2 34 PPC.

            The learned A.P.G. has gone through the application and the copy of judgment of acquittal and he has no objection for the release of surety.

            In view of above, the surety may be discharged and documents may be released to the applicant/surety subject to proper verification and identification.

            The application stands disposed of in the above terms.
