3.        The applicant has approached this Court for protective bail in in Crime No. 11 of 2015 lodged at Police Station Bhan, District Jamshoro, U/s 6/7 ATA R/W Section 341, 353, 147, 148 and 149 PPC.

            In the FIR the allegation of the prosecution is that 10 to 12 persons armed with weapons were forcing the shop keepers to close their shops till the release of Dilbar hence they created fear and terrorism in the locality by making the areal firing on the main road. The name of the applicant is mentioned in the FIR and he has been shown as absconder in the final report submitted U/s 173 Cr.P.C and his Non-bailable Warrants have been issued so he apprehends his arrest while he wants to surrender before the trial court for seeking bail.

            Without touching the merits of the case, applicant is granted protective bail for seven days subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with P.R Bond of like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

            This protective bail order will remain in force for seven days or on the date when the applicant surrenders before the court concerned, whichever is earlier. The operation of N.B.Ws is also suspended for the aforesaid period.

            Bail application is disposed of accordingly.
