4.        The applicants have applied for protective bail in Direct Complaint No.06/2015. The learned Anti-Terrorism Court Mirpurkhas took the cognizance vide order dated 02.03.2015 in the complaint U/s 324, 436, 337-H(ii), 147.148, 149 and 34 PPC R/W Section 6/7 of Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997.

            Learned counsel submits that since the Non-Bailable Warrants have been issued against the applicants therefore, they should be granted pre-arrest bail by this Court however after arguing at some length he submits that this pre-arrest bail application may be converted into protective bail enabling them to surrender before the trial court for seeking pre-arrest bail.

            Without touching the merits of the case, the applicants are granted protective bail for seven days subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) each with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

            This protective bail order will remain in force for seven days or the date when the applicants will surrender before the trial court, whichever is earlier. The operation of N.B.Ws is also suspended for the aforesaid period.

            Bail application is disposed of accordingly.
