3.        The present applicants have applied for protective bail in Crime No. 36 of 2015 lodged U/s 395, 506(2), 452, PPC at P.S Shahdadpur district Sanghar.

            Learned counsel argued that the date of offence is stated to be 12.1.2015 while FIR has been lodged on 25.02.2015. He further argued that the complainant is the sister in law of applicants No.1 to 3 and a civil dispute has been converted into a criminal case. He further argued that the applicants are ready to surrender before the trial court for which they seek protective bail.

            Without touching the merits of the case, applicants are granted protective bail for seven days expiring on 09.03.2015 subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each and P.R Bond of like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

            This order will remain in force for seven days expiring on 09.03.2015 or on the date when the applicants surrender before the court concerned, whichever is earlier.

            Bail application is disposed of accordingly.
