3.        The applicant is brother of accused Mir Hassan, who was granted bail by the Narcotic Court on 12.02.2015 in Crime               No. 03/20215 lodged at P.S Qasimabad, Hyderabad, U/s 9(c), CNS Act, and he has applied for reduction of surety but he submits that during pendency of this criminal miscellaneous application surety has already been furnished so he does not want to proceed further.

            On the statement of applicant, this criminal miscellaneous application is disposed of accordingly.
