            Order dated 24.02.2015, shows that applicant/accused, who was earlier granted interim pre-arrest did not press the bail application for the reason that the police has already submitted report under “C” class. The counsel for the applicant/surety has filed this application alongwith the copy of the order passed by the concerned Magistrate whereby the report, submitted by the I.O. of the case, was accepted. The learned D.P.G. has no objection. The surety documents may be returned to the applicant/surety on proper verification and identification.
