3.         The applicant has approached this Court for protective bail in Crime No.01/2011, lodged under sections 365-A, 392 PPC and 7 ATA at Police Station Taluka, District Shaheed Benazirabad.

            The learned counsel for the applicant argued that the name of the applicant is not mentioned in the F.I.R., but subsequently when the challan was submitted on 09.03.2011, his name was mentioned at serial No.2. Applicant is willing to surrender before the trial Court, but since N.B.W. has been issued against the applicant, he has approached this Court for protective bail. Complainant Haji Sajawal lodged the FIR that his elder brother Haji Bilawal was kidnapped.

            Without touching the merits of the case, the applicant is granted protective bail for a period of 07 (seven) days subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (one hundred thousand) and P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. Till such time the operation of NBW is also suspended.

            This protective bail will remain operative for 07 (seven) days from today or when the applicant will surrender before the trial Court, whichever is earlier.

            Bail application stands disposed of.
