The petitioner has sought directions against the respondents No.1 to 3 to keep the entry and mutation in the name of the petitioner in relation to agricultural land 0.39 acres, out of Survey No.137 Deh Mori Reti, Tappo Tando Hyder, Taluka Hyderabad. To a question raised by this Court whether petitioner has applied for such purpose, the learned counsel referred to page-41, which is an application sent to the Mukhtiarkar (Revenue), Latifabad, Hyderabad on 30.09.2013 through registered post.

Naturally, this Court cannot decide the title of the land or the factum of the gift made by the father in law of the petitioner in his favour, but the petition can be disposed of with the directions to Mukhtiarkar concerned to look into the application of the petitioner and take necessary action in accordance with law with full liberty to inquire about the factum of the gift and the title of the subject land. The petition is disposed of accordingly. The petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the application dated 30.09.2013 to the Mukhtiarkar (Revenue) Latifabad, Hyderabad for passing necessary orders within three weeks after hearing the petitioner and other stake holders, if any.
