            The petitioners sought the declaration that the delimitation of DehGhariBehri from UC Manik Laghari and including the same in UC Haji AllahdinoSrewal is illegal and unlawful. The issue of delimitation for local government elections has already been decided by this Court at Principal Seat of this Court and the judgment was authored by one of us “Muhammad Ali Mazhar, J.”.

            Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the law has been made for delimitation through Election Commission, therefore, the petitioners are satisfied. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
