            The petitioner has approached this Court for the recovery of his missing son, namely, Muhammad Younis, however, as per learned counsel for the petitioner, during pendency of this petition dead body of his son has recovered. The petitioner does not want to proceed this petition, however, he requests that he may be allowed to institute appropriate proceedings against the killing of his son. In view of his statement, this petition is disposed of accordingly. However, the petitioner is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings, if any, in accordance with law.
