            The petitioner’s father was employed in Irrigation Department. He expired on 31.03.2014. The petitioner being son of the petitioner applied for the job on deceased’s son quota, but no action was taken on his application, hence he has approached this Court for directions against the respondents No.2 to 4 to appoint him on deceased’s son quota. Today, learned Additional A.G. has filed comments of respondent No.4, which are taken on record. In response to para-6 of the petition, it is clearly mentioned that case of the petitioner has been forwarded to the high ups and as soon as approval is received the petitioner will be appointed on deceased’s son quota. This statement has repeatedly been given in the comments to show that the appointment is in process. Since the comments do show that it is only matter of approval otherwise the case has been processed, the petition is disposed of with the directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to expedite the process and after seeking necessary approval issue appointment letter to the petitioner. Pending application also disposed of.
