            The petitioner has prayed that the respondents be directed not to cause any harassment to him and they should also provide protection.

            The comments of respondents are already on record. In his comments, the S.S.P. Jamshoro (respondent No.1) has clearly stated that the petitioner has never approached him for any help and assistance. Similar statement has been made by the SHO P.S. Jamshoro (respondent No.2). The learned State Counsel states that if the petitioner will approach the respondents, necessary protection will be provided to him in accordance with law. The learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied.

            In view of above, this petition is disposed of with the directions to respondents to provide necessary protection to the petitioner and also ensure that no harassment is caused to him.
