The learned Additional A.G. has filed comments of respondents No.4, 5 and 6, copy has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.
In their comments, the official respondents have clearly stated that no harassment has been caused by them to the petitioner and if the petitioner requires protection same will be provided by respondent No.4 in accordance with law. Learned counsel for petitioner is satisfied with these comments.
The petition is disposed of accordingly with the directions to the respondents to act strictly in accordance with law and the respondent No.4 shall provide necessary protection in accordance with law to the petitioner if petitioner will approach him.
