            The learned State Counsel has submitted the report duly signed by Chief Municipal Officer, Qasimabad (respondent No.3), in which it is clearly mentioned that in compliance of the orders dated 23.04.2014 and 12.02.2015, passed by this Court, the encroachment has already been removed from the Amenity Plot No.AY-1, reserved for park situated at Akhtar Cottages Housing Scheme Deh Jamshoro TalukaQasimabad on 06.03.2015. The copy of the report has been supplied to petitioner’s counsel. The petitioner is also present in Court and he confirms that the encroachment has been removed. The report is taken on record and the petition is disposed of accordingly, alongwith pending application.
