            The petitioner lodged the FIR No.57/2010 against the murder of his brother and in para-13 of the petition, it is stated that the respondents are compelling and pressurizing the petitioner to withdraw the said case.

            Learned Additional A.G. has filed comments of respondents No.2 to 6, which are taken on record, copy has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. The S.S.P. Shaheed Benazirabad, SHO Police Station Bandhi, SHO Police Station Daur and DSP Sher Ali Jamali SDPO Kazi Ahmed in their comments have denied the allegations. They have clearly stated that neither they have compelled the petitioner to withdraw from the case nor caused any threat or intimidation. The learned counsel for the petitioner after seeing these comments is satisfied. The petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondents to act strictly in accordance with law and not to cause any harassment to the petitioner.
