3.         The petitioner has approached this Court for enforcement of contractual obligations as well as the refund Rs.100,000/-, which was allegedly paid in respect of the change of dealership of M/s Umaz Petroleum Service, Qazi Ahmed Road, Nawabshah. The disputed question of facts and matter arising from contractual obligation cannot be decided in writ jurisdiction. The petition is dismissed accordingly. However, the petitioner may approach to the civil court for the redress of her grievance.
