            Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a statement, in which he has stated that the missing person, namely, Muhammad Saleem has been produced in Court in Crime No.34/2015 of Police Station SakhiPir. Learned Additional A.G. has also filed comments of respondents No.5 to 7, in which it is stated that the husband of the petitioner was absconder in Crime No.196/2009 of Police Station SakhiPir and he has also been arrested in Crime No.34/2015, lodged at Police Station SakhiPir. The statement and comments are taken on record.

            Since the whereabouts of the missing person have already been disclosed and he has been produced in Court, therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further, however, he submits that appropriate remedy will be availed in accordance with law.

            The petition is disposed of accordingly.
