Respondents No.09 and 10 are present in Court.

Learned Additional A.G. has filed comments of respondents No.2 to 5, which are taken on record, copy has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Gulzar Ali A. Soomro advocate has filed Vakalatnama alongwith statement on behalf of respondents No.09 and 10, which is also taken on record.

The petitioner has prayed for directions against the respondents No.3 to 5 and 09 and 10 not to cause any harassment to the petitioner. Official respondents No.2 to 5 have filed their comments, in which they have denied the allegations of causing harassment to the petitioner. Be that as it may, this petition is disposed of with the directions to the official respondents as well as respondents No.09 and 10 not to cause any harassment to the petitioners and they will act strictly in accordance with law.
