            The petitioner has prayed for the transfer of F.C. Suit No.169/2010 (new number 111/2013) from the Court of IInd Senior Civil Judge, Nawabshah to any other competent Court for disposal according to law. In para-8 of the petition the main reason for transfer is the allegation of bias against the Judge as, according to the petitioner, he used to pass remarks against the petitioner party and his attitude was so harsh. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Presiding Officer, against whom the allegation of bias has been leveled, has already been transferred, therefore, the petitioner is not interested to pursue this petition further. The counsel for respondent No.1 confirms that the Presiding Officer has been transferred.

The petition is disposed of accordingly, alongwith pending applications.
