MOHAMMAD SHAFI SIDDIQUI   J:           After hearing the arguments at length learned counsel concedes that in case the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of two months the bail application be dismissed. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial, record the evidence and dispose of the case within a period of two months. In case the trial Court could not conclude the trial the applicant is at liberty to file fresh Bail Application on the basis of fresh grounds as may be available at that time.
