Through instant Constitutional Petition, the petitioner Qamar-un-Nisa has prayed for the following relief(s):
a) That this Honourable Court may kindly be pleased to call and direct the official respondents No.1 to 3 not to violate fundamental rights and legal privileges of petitioner and her family and to avoid from arresting, harassing, pressurizing or confining him except due course of law at the instance of private respondents.
b) That this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to give the details of criminal cases lodged against the family of petitioner and further be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to 3 to return the taken property viz. two buffaloes, one goat, and release to uncle of the petitioner namely Manzoor Ahmed, who is in illegal detention of respondent No.1 to 3.
c) That, this Honourable Court may also be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to record the statement of petitioner and same may kindly be incorporated into book u/s 154, Cr.P.C regarding the highhandedness of the respondents.
d) That this Honourable Court may also be kindly pleased to direct the SSP Dadu, Respondent No.8 to ensure legal protection to petitioner and his family against apprehended life and property loss at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 8.
Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Comments have been filed on behalf of respondents No.1, 2 & 8. In the comments it is stated that neither the petitioner has been harassed by the respondents nor the petitioner shall be harassed in future. The official respondents have stated that they will provide every protection to the petitioner as well as to his family as provided under the law. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner expressed his satisfaction over such statements and does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
