The petitioner has challenged his transfer order dated 25.9.2013. Vide office order dated 29.8.2013 he was posted as Director PG & GP Fund Board, SESSI vice Syed Abid Hussain Bukhari. However, on 25.9.2013 another office order was issued through which the petitioner was transferred and posted as Administrator S.S. Kidney Centre, Landhi against the strength of S.S. Hospital Landhi, which order was assailed by the petitioner in this petition. During pendency of this petition the interim orders were operating, however, Director, Administration SESSI filed her personal affidavit along with copy of office order dated 5.3.2014 to show that the transfer order of the petitioner dated 25.9.2014 has been cancelled/withdrawn so after this withdrawal the petitioner is continuing to perform as Director PG & GP Fund Board, Head Office SESSI. After issuing this office order the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. The petition along with listed applications is disposed of accordingly. However, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner without due process of law.
