4&5.                It is inter alia contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Mst. Artifa daughter of Mohammad Idrees being sui juris has contracted marriage out of her own freewill and without pressure or coercion with the petitioner namely Mohammad Mithal s/o Mohammad Bux which has antagonized her parents who has lodged false FIR No.8/2014 at Police Station Airport district Jacobabad about the alleged abducton of Mst. Arifa by nominating the petitioner, his brothers and relatives in the alleged crime. Mst. Arifa  present in Court also verifies such contention and submits that she has contracted marriage with her own freewill with petitioner without any pressure or coercion, whereas she has never been abducted by any one. The petitioner Mst. Arifa present in Court request for protection. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the similar petition was filed by Mst. Arifa before Sukkur Bench, however, on account of jurisdiction protective bail was granted to the petitioner with direction to approach the concerned Court of jurisdiction, hence instant petition has been filed before this Court.

                        Let notice be issued to the respondents as ell as A.P.G for 10.3.2014 at 11:00 a.m, when the I.O of aforesaid FIR shall be in attendance, however, in the meanwhile the petitioner or any one nominated in the aforesaid FIR shall not be arrested. The petitioner present in Court submits that two of the accused persons namely Saleh Mohammad and Sanwal have been arrested by respondent No.2. The I.O and concerned SHO are directed to produce them on the aforesaid date of hearing.
