     Through this application, appellant seeks suspension of sentence, awarded to him through impugned judgment dated 26.11.2013, of R.I. for five years six months and fine of Rs. 25,000/-.

Mr. Ali Haidar Saleem, Assistant Prosecutor General, Sindh waives notice of this application and very candidly concedes.

Since the sentence is short one and the early hearing of main appeal is not expected.

In view of the above, listed application is allowed. Consequently, the sentence awarded to the appellant is suspended. Let the appellant be released on bail subject to furnishing his surety in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac only) and P.R.Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this court.
