Petitioner has challenged transfer/office order No.17/2013 dated 16.01.2013 whereby he was transferred from Regional Passport Office, Saddar, Karachi to Regional Passport Office Gwadar. Today learned Standing Counsel submits a copy of letter dated 25.02.2014 (Office Order No.85/2014) which shows that transfer order of petitioner has been withdrawn/cancelled and he is also performing his duties at Regional Passport Office, Saddar, Karachi. In view of this letter, learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioner is redressed. He further submits that he has intimated counsel for petitioner Mr.Waseem Shaikh. Though he is not present today but he conceded to this position for withdrawal of petition. His associate also pleads same instructions. In view of Office Order No.85/2013, this petition is disposed of accordingly alongwith listed application.
