2.                     Exemption is granted subject to all just exceptions.

3 & 4.              It is inter alia contended that the same petitioner has earlier filed CP No. D-21/2014 in the Circuit Court Bench of this Court at Hyderabad and vide order dated 10.01.2014 the Division Bench headed by one of us (Muhammad Ali Mazhar, J.) disposed of the petition with the directions to the respondents to issue posting orders of the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that on 22.01.2014 the posting order was issued and the petitioner was posted as Town Officer, Town Committee, Pacca Chang and he was performing his duties. However, on 28.01.2014 just after 6/7 days he has been again transferred to Sindh Local Government Board with immediate effect. Learned counsel submits that due to some political reasons initially the petitioner was disallowed the posting and after posting immediately he was transferred. He further submits that the charge has not been taken over from the petitioner and he is performing the same duties. Issue notice to the respondents as well as to AAG for 14.02.2014. Meanwhile, status quo to be maintained.
